About Us

Clinical Care Pharmacy is a UK based online pharmacy, based in Derby. We are committed to giving our customers a excellent level of service and ensuring they receive the highest standard of pharmaceutical care.

As a fully functional pharmacy we are able to provide a wide range of services including the dispensing of prescriptions, sale of over the counter medicines and provision of advice from our UK based pharmacists.

Regulation

Our pharmacy is fully regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), we adhere closely to the standard set by them and have our premises registered with the GPhC.

Clinical Care Pharmacy is also a member of the National Pharmacy Association (NPA) and have procedures in place to ensure that a pharmacist checks the appropriateness of each and every order.

Complaints procedure

At Clinical Care Pharmacy we always attempt to deliver the best possible service for all of our customers, however if you do not feel you have recieved this level of care we operate a complaints system to help handle all issue.

Should you wish to make a compliant about Clinical Care Pharmacy or any of the service you have recieved you can do so by writing to the Pharmacist Superintendant at the above address or alternatively by using our contact form on the website. Please note if submitting a compliant please give details of your name address and any other contact details to help us resolve any issues.
