Nytol One-A-Night are for people who suffer from disturbed sleep that would prefer to take one caplet to help relieve their temporary sleeplessness.

Ingredients:

Active Ingredient: Each Capsule shaped Tablet (Caplet) contains 50mg Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride BP
Also contains: Anhydrous Lactose, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Maize Starch, Stearic Acid and Silicon Dioxide

To buy this product you must be over 16 years of age. As with all medicines you should consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are currently taking any other medication, if your symptoms persist or if you suffer any allergies. You should always seek advice if you are breast feeding, pregnant or planning a pregnancy.

Directions:

One caplet to be taken 20 minutes before going to bed, or as directed by your doctor. Not to be taken by children under 16 years of age. Consult your doctor before taking Nytol One-A-Night when pregnant, breast feeding or if taking other medication. Nytol One-A-Night contains an antihistamine and should not be taken by those who are allergic to Diphenhydramine or by those with the following conditions: asthma, narrow angle glaucoma, chronic pulmonary disease, shortness of breath, stomach ulcers, pyloroduodenal obstruction, symptomatic prostatic hypertrophy or bladder neck obstruction, unless directed by a doctor. Nytol One-A-Night should be used with caution in patients with seizure disorders. Insomnia may be a symptom of a serious underlying medical illness.
