Do not use this medication if you: 1) are allergic to any of the ingredients 2) suffer from liver disfunction 3) are taking terfenadine, astemizole, mizolastine, cisapride, simvastatin, loavastatin, tranquillisers, pimozide, sertindole, quinidine, dofetilide, or certain drugs used to treat migraine such as ergot alkaloids. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you: 1) are taking anticoagulants, HIV protease inhibitors, antineoplastics, calcium channel blockers, medicines that acts on the heart or blood vessels, immunosuppressants, sulphonylureas, antiepileptics, buspirone, alfentanil, sildenafil, alprazolam, brotizolam, midazolam, rifabutin, methyl prednisolone, trimetrexate, ebastine, or reBoxetine 2) are pregnant or breast-feeding. Possible side-effects: include nausea and vomiting, diarrhoea, and inflammation of the liver. If you experience any other side-effects, seek medical advice.
